Services:

Services are provided as outlined in your selected package or agreement.

Payments:

Payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed. Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis.

Revisions:

Each project or deliverable includes a limited number of revisions as agreed upon.

Communication:

Timely communication is required to ensure project completion.

Results Disclaimer:

While strategies are designed to improve performance, results are not guaranteed.

Termination:

Either party may end services with reasonable notice.

Ownership:

Final content is owned by the client after full payment is received.

Intellectual Property:

All work created by Welker Copywriting remains the property of Welker Copywriting until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.

Welker Copywriting reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Privacy:

Any information shared by the client, including business details, login credentials, or marketing data, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.

Welker Copywriting does not sell, share, or distribute client information to third parties.
